MojNews-Iran's President has said that Iran is quite ready for expansion of ties with Kuwait. 

In a message to the Emir of Kuwait Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Raeisi congratulated the Arab country on its National Day.

The Iranian president stressed that Iran and Kuwait, two neighbors and friends, have age-old relations and deep-rooted cultural kinship

The two countries have always helped each other throughout time in the face of challenges, he added.

Kuwait’s National Day is celebrated on February 25 each year. This holiday marks the day when Sheikh Abdullah Al-Salem Al-Sabah ascended to the throne in 1950.
