Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian met with People's Council of Turkmenistan chairman, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, discussing bilateral issues, and regional and international developments during his trip to Ashgabat on Thursday.

Amirabdollahian and his accompanying delegation also met with the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedow.

In this meeting, the process of implementing the agreements between the high officials of the two countries and speeding up the process of implementing the agreements by both sides was discussed.
